
Operating throughout Australia and New Zealand, the Tutor Line provides friendly and efficient support for the Mathemagic Computer Tutor to both parents and children. In conjunction with the Technical Support Line, the Tutor Line is a pivotal part of customer support. The essential goal for the dedicated team of tutors is threefold:
In addition to helping students directly with their mathematical questions, the tutors also give feedback on reports which are sent in by the students using the program. This feedback, over an extended period of time, assists students and parents to focus on those sections of mathematics that require futher revision.

Telephone support is provided to customers resident in Australia and New Zealand. For customers who have moved overseas help is provided via e-mail.
The support provides help with the installation of the Mathemagic Computer Tutor program, the backing up of program data or scores, the transferring of scores and the installation of program updates. Technical support also provides assistance with general program-pc compatibility issues so that the customer is able to effectively use the Mathemagic Computer Tutor.
The technical support team will work to assist each customer to ensure that the Mathemagic Computer Tutor program functions correctly.
Please note that the technical support team cannot provide support for any technical issues relating to either your personal computer or any other programs not supported by the Mathemagic Computer Tutor.
